Printing Zero Price Check

Once you have entered all of the required information needed to generate a zero price check, if zero priced items are found, command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.

A report will be prepared with the following columns: when selected by item:

Item – The item code
Item Name – The item name
Order – The order status and sales order number
Cust – The customer ID code for the sales order
Text – Order line text line 1, if entered on the sales order for the item or the Temporary Out of Stock message if the item was changed to out of stock using the Out of Stock option
Order Date – The date the order was entered on
Ship Date – The shipping date of the order
Quantity – The quantity ordered in the invoicing unit of measure
UN – The invoicing unit of measure for the item
Price – A blank line to record the actual selling price for the item that can be entered in Sales Orders if the order status is open or priced or entered in Shipping if the order status is shipped or ready.

A report will be prepared with the following columns when selected by order:

Order – The sales order status and number
Cust – The customer code of the order
Item – The item code
Item Name – The item name
Text – Order line text line 1, if entered on the sales order for the item or the Temporary Out of Stock message if the item was changed to out of stock using the Out of Stock option
Order Date – The date the order was entered on
Ship Date – The shipping date of the order
Quantity – The quantity ordered in the invoicing unit of measure
UN – The invoicing unit of measure for the item
Price – A blank line to record the actual selling price for the item that can be entered in Sales Orders if the order status is open or priced or entered in Shipping if the order status is shipped or ready.

Note: If "Price Later" is turned on for any sales order during sales order entry, that order will also be included in this report .
